Service Opportunities
How can I help out??
There are a number of service opportunities within CHAOS for students and adults... here are detailed descriptions and contact info for each area. If you are interested in serving as a small group leader, please contact Pete at 715-246-3763.
SOUND AND LIGHTS
Coach: Ryan Blaszczyk
Frequency: Needs to be done on a weekly basis. It would be great to have 4 teams of 3 to share this responsibility, meaning one time per month.
Length: Arrive at 5:45 pm on Wednesday nights. Stay in the booth until 7:45 pm.
Description: Run sound checks during rehersal times, assist musicians in setting up instruments if necessary, maintain sound levels during CHAOS service, control lighting during the service, and help select and control walk-in and walk-out music.
SET-UP AND TEAR-DOWN
Coach: Steve Halleen
Frequency: Occurs weekly. Need teams of 4.
Schedule: 4:30-6:00 pm set up, 8:30-9:30 pm tear down
Descrition: Set up and tear down of the following: games in the gathering area, TVs and Xboxes, necessary chairs and tables.
SNACKS!
Coach: Anna Annunziata
Frequency: Done on a weekly basis. The more teams, the better!
Length: 5:45-7:15 pm
Description: Make sure snacks are provided every week. There will be a list of people signed up for snacks, but if they forget we'll have to think of something quick! We'll do the following: Serve snacks and drinks 6:00-7:00, prepare snacks from 5:45-6:00, clean up snacks from 7:00-7:15.
GAMES
Coach: Tim Boehnen
